Please take the actions listed below:

1. Pay Off Outstanding Debts: 

Make sure that all outstanding loans have been paid off using the GetLoan mobile app before starting the account deletion process.

2. Email a Deletion Request: 

Write a letter to help@getloantz.com using the email address linked to your GetLoan account. Add the following information to your email:

Subject: Request for Account Erasure

Body: Using the mobile app, confirm that you have paid off all outstanding loans and express your intention to delete your account.

3. Confirmation and Deletion: Our support staff will respond to your email within five business days of receiving it. 

Following this confirmation, the actual process of deleting the account will start.

Please be aware that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all related information will be deleted forever. Please feel free to include any queries or worries you may have in your email requesting the deletion of the content.
